Personal Commission

ผลงานทุกชิ้นถือเป็นสิทธิ์ของนักวาด สามารถใช้เป็น Portfolio หรือโพสต์ลงโซเชียลได้ทุกช่องทาง (หากไม่ต้องการให้มีการเผยแพร่ สามารถแจ้งล่วงหน้าได้ )

All artworks remain the rights of the artist and may be used as part of a portfolio or shared on social media platforms. If you prefer the work not to be published, please kindly inform me in advance.

สามารถให้เป็นของขวัญ หรือ Trade ภาพ ได้

The artwork can given as a gift or used for art trades.

สามารถใช้เป็นภาพประกอบสำหรับ Adoptable หรืออื่นๆได้

The artwork may be used as an illustration for adoptables or other related purposes.

ไม่อนุญาติให้นำภาพไป Trace หรือวาดทับเพื่อสร้างผลงานชิ้นใหม่ทุกกรณี

Reproducing the artwork by tracing or redrawing to create derivative works is not permitted under any circumstances.

ไม่อนุญาติให้นำภาพไปประมูลขาย หรือใช้สำหรับ NFT ทุกกรณี

The artwork may not be auctioned or used for NFTs under any circumstances.

ไม่อนุญาติให้มีการแอบอ้างผลงาน

Any form of misrepresentation or false claim of authorship is not allowed.

ราคาเพิ่มขึ้นจาก Personal artwork x 3.5

For commercial use or other non-personal purposes, the price will increase by 3.5 times the base rate of personal artwork.

หากมีการแก้ไขหรือดัดแปลงผลงาน ต้องแจ้งทุกครั้ง

Any modifications or alterations to the artwork must be communicated and approved beforehand.

หากมีการนำ Personal commission ไปใช้เป็น Commercial หรือใช้ในเชิงพานิชย์ โดยไม่มีการแจ้งล่วงหน้า หรือทำการตกลงราคาใหม่ ปรับจากราคาเดิม 10 เท่า

Unauthorized commercial use of a personal commission—without prior notification or renegotiation of the terms—will result in a charge equal to 10 times the original commission price.

Brief & Sketch

หลังจากได้รับบรีฟและเงินมัดจำคิวแล้ว จะทำการลงคิวและเริ่มสเก็ตช์ชิ้นงาน ภายใน 3 วัน หลังจากถึงคิว

After receiving the brief and the queue deposit, your slot will be confirmed. The sketching process will begin within 3 days once your turn comes.

Sketch & deposit

หลังจากตรวจทานสเก็ตช์แรกและเลือกภาพที่ต้องการ ทางเราจะแจ้งราคาชิ้นงาน

ลูกค้าต้องทำการจ่ายเงินมัดจำชิ้นงาน 30% ของราคา จึงจะเริ่มขั้ตอนถัดไป (ระยะเวลาประมาณ 3-5 วัน)

ขั้นตอนนี้สามารถสั่งแก้ได้ฟรีไม่จำกัดครั้ง

After reviewing the initial sketches and selecting your preferred one, the final price of the artwork will be confirmed.

A 30% deposit of the total price is required before proceeding to the next stage (estimated duration: 3–5 days).

At this stage, unlimited revisions are allowed free of charge.

Color sketch & deposit

ส่งสเก็ตช์สีและตรวจทานชิ้นงานให้เรียบร้อย (สามารถจ่ายมัดจำเพิ่มได้ หรือจะจ่ายส่วนที่เหลือทั้งหมดก็ได้)

ทางเราจะเริ่มดำเนินการเรนเดอร์ชิ้นงานจนเสร็จ

ขั้นตอนนี้สามารถสั้่งแก้ 3 ครั้งแรกฟรี หลังจากนั้น +100 บาทต่อครั้ง

The colored sketch will be submitted for your review. At this stage, you may choose to pay an additional deposit or complete the full remaining payment.

Once confirmed, I will proceed with rendering the final artwork.

You may request up to 3 free revisions during this stage. Additional revisions beyond that will be charged at 100 THB per request.

และแจ้งช่องทางรับชิ้นงาน และรอรับชิ้นงานได้เลยค่ะ

ขั้นตอนนี้หลังจากได้รับไฟล์สมบูรณ์แล้วจะไม่สามารถสั่งแก้ได้อีก

Complete the remaining payment, review the final work, and request any last adjustments.

Please also provide your preferred delivery method for receiving the final file.

Once the final file is delivered, no further revisions will be accepted.
